The Color of Life
When I was younger, I was green
Naive, confiding in innocence
Believing in something pure
As I grow older the shade of green has changed
Still there to a certain degree, but maybe a shade
Somewhat darker and harder to endure
The Beauty of Life
Fractions of light filter through the vast expanse of endless possibilities,
as we obliterate boundaries and look upwards for shooting stars
The Meaning of Life
As the sunset slowly around her shadow,
I contemplated the concept of happiness
Wishful thoughts and abstract dreams entered freely as I kissed her
On her rosy cheek.
